1. Who we are

MyFiksr is a guest services platform for holiday rentals along the Belgian West Coast (De Panne, Koksijde, Oostduinkerke & Nieuwpoort). We help guests book local services such as bed linen, towels, food & beverages, activities, and more.

2. What data we collect

• Your name and email address (for booking confirmation)
• Property/address details (for delivery purposes)
• Booking details: services ordered, dates, quantities
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

3. How we use your data

• To process and confirm your bookings
• To send booking confirmation emails
• To coordinate delivery with our local service partners (vendors)
• To improve our service offering

4. Data sharing

We share your name, delivery address, and booking details with the relevant local vendor who fulfils your order. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Device permissions

The MyFiksr app requires an internet connection to load services, weather information, and process bookings. The app may declare camera permission as part of the underlying mobile framework; however, MyFiksr does not actively use your camera and will never capture or transmit photos or video. No microphone, contacts, or location access is required.

6. Data retention

We retain your booking data for up to 2 years for administrative and legal purposes, after which it is deleted.

7. Your rights
